Intake, Communications and Demo Terms
The terms that apply when you submit the intake form, agree to be contacted, or enter a demonstration workspace.
These Intake Form Consent & Data Submission Terms apply whenever a person submits information through Readyfront’s “Start a conversation” form or another pre-engagement website intake that links to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Intake
The intake allows Readyfront to understand the smallest useful version of a business problem and, if the user chooses, additional operating detail so that a first conversation can begin with a point of view rather than repeat basic discovery questions.
2. Required User Representations
By submitting the intake, you represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you are submitting the inquiry for a lawful business purpose;
you are authorized to provide the submitted company and contact information;
you have a lawful basis to provide information about any other person you identify;
the information is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you have not knowingly included prohibited credentials or highly sensitive regulated information;
you understand that Readyfront may use the information to evaluate fit, prepare for a conversation, contact you, and scope potential work; and
you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to the Terms of Use.
3. User Assumes Responsibility for Scope of Disclosure
You decide how much optional operating information to disclose. You are responsible for removing information that you are not authorized to share and for using a more secure channel or requesting an NDA before disclosing information that requires heightened confidentiality.
4. Information About Other People
If you identify another person who should join an initial conversation or otherwise provide another person’s contact or professional information, you represent that the disclosure is lawful and appropriate in the business context. Readyfront may use that information only for the inquiry or related business relationship unless another lawful basis applies.
5. No Promise of Engagement
Submitting an intake does not require Readyfront to accept the opportunity, provide advice, schedule a call, reserve capacity, enter into an engagement, make an investment, provide financing, or agree to any commercial term.
6. No Reliance on Preliminary Point of View
Any preliminary observation, diagnostic hypothesis, example, or point of view provided before a signed engagement is based on limited information and may change after deeper analysis. You are responsible for independently evaluating decisions made before formal work begins.
7. Electronic Record
You agree that your electronic submission, checkbox acceptance, date/time, IP/device records, and related technical evidence may be retained as evidence of your submission and assent, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
PART V — ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
This section applies when a user asks Readyfront to respond using email, telephone, SMS/text, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or another electronic channel.
1. Inquiry-Related Contact
By providing a contact method and submitting an inquiry, you authorize Readyfront to contact you about that inquiry, scheduling, requested materials, demo access, security, or a related potential business relationship through the contact information you provide.
2. SMS / Text and WhatsApp
If you affirmatively select Text / WhatsApp or otherwise request contact through a mobile number, you authorize Readyfront to send one-to-one messages relating to your inquiry at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke the channel preference at any time by telling Readyfront to stop or use another method. For SMS, Readyfront should honor recognized stop requests such as “STOP.”
3. LinkedIn and Other Platforms
If you request a LinkedIn message or communicate through another third-party platform, the platform’s own terms and privacy policies also apply.
4. Marketing
Inquiry-related consent does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated recurring marketing messages where separate consent is required by law. Readyfront should obtain separate marketing consent before adding an inquiry contact to a promotional campaign when required.
PART VI — DEMO / PARTNER ACCESS TERMS
These terms supplement Part I for users who access a Readyfront proof-of-concept, sample workspace, or demonstration environment.
1. Presentation-Only Access
Unless Readyfront expressly states otherwise in writing, demo access is for evaluation and presentation only. It does not create a WordPress user account, client production environment, service subscription, license to proprietary software, or right to continued access.
2. Fictional or Illustrative Information
Readyfront demonstrations may use synthetic, fictional, anonymized, or illustrative data. Users must not represent demo information as actual Readyfront client data or as independently verified performance results.
3. Security and Access Restrictions
Users must protect workspace IDs and access codes, may not share them outside the intended audience, and may not attempt to bypass the presentation gate, discover hidden content, test security, scrape materials, or access other workspaces without authorization.
4. No Production Reliance
A demo is not designed for production decision-making, regulated processing, or live customer operations. Demo outputs may be incomplete or simplified and should not be used as the sole basis for a consequential business decision.
5. Termination of Demo Access
Readyfront may change or revoke demo access at any time, including where it reasonably believes a user has breached these terms or created a security or intellectual-property risk.
