Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice
The technologies this site may use, and how to control them.
This notice lists the cookies this website sets. In short: there is one, it is strictly necessary, and it exists only to keep you signed in to the demonstration workspace for six hours. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking technology on this site, which is why you are not shown a consent banner.
This Notice supplements the Readyfront Privacy Policy and explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on readyfrontpartners.com.
1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files placed on or accessed from a device. Websites may also use local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, server logs, and similar technologies to operate, secure, remember, measure, or improve digital services.
2. Categories Readyfront May Use
| Category | Purpose | Typical Data | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, routing, forms, fraud prevention, basic Site operation | Session IDs, IP/device data, security events | Generally required for Site operation |
| Preferences | Remember optional settings or user choices | Preference/session identifiers | May be disabled where offered |
| Analytics / performance | Understand usage, reliability, errors, and Site performance | Page events, device/browser data, general usage | Consent/opt-out where required |
| Marketing / advertising | Measure campaigns or deliver advertising if Readyfront later enables these tools | Identifiers, referral/ad interaction data | Only with legally required notice and controls |
3. Consent and Controls
Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies are used, Readyfront will request that consent before enabling those technologies. Users may be able to manage preferences through a cookie banner or settings tool.
Browser controls may also allow users to block or delete cookies, but disabling necessary technologies can impair Site functionality.
4. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable privacy law requires recognition of a qualifying universal opt-out mechanism or preference signal, Readyfront will process that signal as required for the browser or device sending it.
5. Vendor Changes
The specific vendors implementing a disclosed cookie category may change over time. Readyfront should maintain an internal cookie/vendor inventory and update the public notice if a change materially alters the purposes, categories of information, or legally required choices.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies or tracking technologies may be sent to contact@readyfrontpartners.com.
Readyfront-specific terms
The sections below cover this Site’s interactive tools, the demonstration workspace, applications for open roles, and Readyfront’s use of AI-enabled delivery. They form part of the Cookie Notice.
What this Site actually uses
Most cookie notices describe technology the site does not use. This one describes what is genuinely set, audited against the code.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| readyfront_demo_access | Strictly necessary | Holds a signed token confirming a valid access code was entered, and which demonstration workspace was selected. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. | Six hours |
| WordPress session and security cookies | Strictly necessary | Set only if you sign in to the WordPress administration area. Visitors to the public Site never receive these. | Per WordPress defaults |
This Site sets no analytics, advertising, remarketing, personalisation, social media, A/B testing or session-recording cookies, and loads no third-party tracking script, tag manager or pixel. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you are not shown a consent banner.
Related technologies that are not cookies
Two mechanisms are worth disclosing even though they are not cookies and are not stored on your device.
Rate limiting
To prevent automated abuse of the forms, the server briefly stores a one-way hash of your IP address with a submission count. The hash cannot be reversed to recover the address. It expires after one hour.
Server logs
The hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and diagnostics. These are not used to profile or track individuals across sites.
This Site does not use local storage, session storage, web beacons, fingerprinting or any cross-site tracking technique.
Controlling cookies
Because the only cookie on the public Site is strictly necessary, there is nothing to disable without breaking the demonstration workspace sign-in. Blocking it will simply prevent you from entering.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser provides controls under privacy or site settings, and a private or incognito window clears them when closed.
Readyfront honours Global Privacy Control signals. Because no sale or sharing of personal information takes place, there is nothing for the signal to switch off, but it is respected as an opt-out for any future change in practice.
If tracking technology is ever introduced, this notice will be updated, its version number raised, and a consent mechanism added before it becomes active.
